Inn at Willow Grove Wedding Photographer
There is just something about my Inn at Willow Grove brides, they love details! This is the second time I’ve walked into the reception barn and just been blown away by all the work they put into everything! From the adorable bunting strung along the ceiling and chandeliers to the programs with tissue tucked inside not a detail was overlooked and it came together beautifully! Eleven years after they met Gina and Ronnie officially became husband and wife and I think Gina has been planning this wedding the entire time ;)! They picked a spectacular venue and even the rain couldn’t dampen their excitement. When I say rain I mean RAIN!!! There were torrential downpours at some points but I loved that it never seemed to dampen anyone’s spirits. Gina and Ronnie’s wedding is proof that even if it rains on your wedding day you can still have an amazing time and get amazing photos!
As I mentioned before Gina and Ronnie have been dating for over 10 years including starting off long distance while in high school. I loved Gina’s first impression of Ronnie, she said he was a Southern boy with a fast car and witty sense of humor. Substitute sarcastic for witty and that pretty much describes my husband David ;)! Ronnie thought she was cute, sweet and hot! They are avid Caps fans and Gina even found a Capitals garter to wear on her wedding day! I love that in the years since high school they have grown together into adults and now husband and wife!
Gina and Ronnie opted to do a First Look which I loved!!! It gave us plenty of time to get photos before the ceremony and to calm any nerves they had. For those that wonder if it ruins anything I would say that I don’t think the smile on Ronnie’s face as Gina walked down the aisle could have gotten any bigger, so no I don’t think it ruined anything for them! As a special touch to their wedding Gina’s dad performed the ceremony. I can’t even imagine all the thoughts and emotions going through his head as he married off his daughter! It was a beautiful heartfelt ceremony with specially written vows between the bride and groom.
I wish Gina & Ronnie a lifetime of happiness! I know the last 11 years are just the start for them and there is so much more to come.
