It’s been forever since I’ve posted anything personal to the blog!  Let’s just say life with a 10 month old will keep you busy.  I’m actually really excited right now because I have no outstanding work due to clients this week, all my sessions and weddings are edited and out the door!  David and I…

    Yay for streamlining!

Last week David and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary!  In what has become a tradition we celebrated out on the boat watching fireworks.  See I like to think of myself as a smart wife, we were married on July 5th so I guaranteed that I’d get fireworks for my anniversary every year and most…

I’m taking some precious time this morning to finally post something personal to the blog.  Will is asleep but I expect him to wake up anytime so I have to be quick!  I can tell you that life after having a kid is a state of chaos!  If you are lucky it is controlled chaos…

I definitely understand that, I have even been struggling with whether or not to quit the business. I’m sure you know there are good days and bad, and after having a baby your emotions are ridiculous. And I hear you on the sleep, my daughter is 14 months old and since her molars have been coming in (for over 2 months) she doesn’t sleep all night either. But I have to saw that you have been doing great! Keep up the good work!

Hang in there! It really does get better – as you can see! It took me a good 5/6 months before I finally got the hang of it and now we’re over a year into it and we are totally good to go. Next time I’ll plan a little more accordingly and make sure I have 4-5 mo’s to get the babe on a schedule. :) It’s nice to hear I wasn’t the only one who struggled!
